Refund & Return Policy

At Zarr, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes a triple-point quality check before it is nestled into our signature velvet vaults. Because our ornaments are artisanal and high-value, we follow a specialized return protocol.


1. The “Inspection Window”

We offer a 3-day Inspection Window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must initiate a return request within 72 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • The Security Seal/Tag must be intact. Once the Zarr security tag is removed, the item is considered “worn” and is no longer eligible for return.
  • The item must be in its original luxury packaging, including the velvet box, authenticity card, and care instructions.
  • There must be no signs of perfume, hairspray, or makeup on the ornament.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are Final Sale:

  • Earrings & Teekas: Due to health and safety regulations.
  • Customized Bridal Sets: Any piece modified, resized, or made-to-order specifically for you.
  • Nose Rings (Naths): For strict hygiene purposes.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For high-value traditional jewelry, we require a Continuous Unboxing Video to process any claims regarding:

  • Damages during transit.
  • Missing stones or beads.
  • Incorrect items. The video must show the sealed flyer being opened and the product being inspected in one go, without cuts or edits.

5. Refund Method

  • Store Credit (Zarr Credits): For “Change of Mind” returns, we issue a digital credit valid for 12 months.
  • Cash Refunds: These are only processed if the item has a verified manufacturing defect and a replacement is unavailable.
  • Processing Time: Once the item reaches our Islamabad workshop and passes inspection, your credit/refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.

6. Return Shipping & Insurance

  • Safety First: Because Zarr pieces are high-value, returns must be sent via a trackable and insured courier service.
  • Costs: Shipping costs for “Change of Mind” returns are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of defective items, Zarr will cover the return logistics.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@zarr.store with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
  3. Pack the ornament securely in its original box and ship it to our designated center.
