1. Artisanal Craftsmanship & Variations
- Handcrafted Nature: Most Zarr ornaments are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Minor variations in stone setting, bead shapes, or plating texture are not defects but a testament to the authentic “Zarr” craftsmanship.
- Photography: We use high-definition macro photography. While we aim for 100% accuracy, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or the natural reflection of stones.
2. Order Verification (High-Value Protocol)
- Verification Call: For orders exceeding a certain value or for Cash on Delivery (COD), our concierge team will perform a mandatory verification call. Orders will not be processed until verbal or SMS confirmation is received.
- Right to Cancel: Zarr reserves the right to cancel any order that fails our security and fraud detection protocols.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Market Fluctuations: Prices for gold-plated and semi-precious stone ornaments may be updated periodically based on raw material costs.
- Payment Completion: Ownership of the ornament passes to the customer only upon full receipt of payment. For COD, ownership passes upon the exchange of cash with our authorized courier partner.
4. Shipping & High-Security Delivery
- Safe Transit: All Zarr shipments are insured during transit.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect against transit damage claims, we strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video. Claims for missing or broken items without a continuous unboxing video may be rejected.
- Timeline: Traditional bridal sets may require a 7–10 day crafting period before dispatch.
5. Plating & Maintenance Warranty
- The Zarr Guarantee: We offer a 6-month color warranty on our premium gold-plated collections. This covers natural fading but does not cover damage caused by chemicals (perfumes, hairspray) or physical abrasion.
- Re-plating Service: After the warranty period, Zarr offers a professional re-plating service for a nominal fee to keep your heritage pieces shining for years.
6. Exchange & Return Policy
- Hygiene & Customization: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Customized bridal sets (made-to-order) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Change of Mind: We offer a 3-day “Inspection Window” for non-customized necklaces and bangles. Items must be returned in their original luxury velvet box with the security seal unbroken.
7. Ethical Use & Intellectual Property
- All designs, motifs, and brand imagery on Zarr.store are the intellectual property of Zarr. Any unauthorized reproduction of our traditional designs for commercial use will result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zarr is not liable for any allergic reactions to base metals (though we use high-quality alloys) or for any indirect loss resulting from a delayed delivery during wedding seasons.
